2. Eligibility & Account Registration

The Website is open to all users, including real estate agents, buyers, and sellers.

Only licensed real estate agents may create accounts to manage property details and display buyer agent fees.

FeeViews reserves the sole discretion to conduct identity verification. The choice to verify or not verify does not alter our liability.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and agree to notify us of any unauthorized account use.

You are responsible for ensuring that all account details and listings are accurate and up-to-date.

3. Subscription & Payment Terms

Access to listing and displaying buyer agent fees requires a paid subscription

Payments are processed through Stripe.

Monthly and annual subscriptions can be canceled at any time. Users will retain access to the service until the end of the current billing term.

If a user cancels within 72 hours of payment, a full refund will be issued minus credit card processing fees.

Chargeback policies and other terms regarding payments comply with Stripe’s payment processing policies.

4. Listings & Data Usage

Agents may create, edit, and remove their listings at any time.

By submitting a listing, you grant FeeViews LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute your content.

We may remove any listing at our sole discretion, with or without notice.

5. Compliance with Laws

We adhere to all applicable MLS rules and regulations.

Users must comply with Fair Housing laws and refrain from discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status, or national origin.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your listings and agent fees comply with all local, state, and federal laws.

6. Indemnification & Limitation of Liability
Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold FeeViews LLC harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses resulting from:
• Your use or misuse of the Website
• Inaccurate or misleading listings
• Any disputes between buyers, sellers, and agents

The maximum liability of FeeViews LLC for all claims is the greater of
  (i) the amount you have paid to FeeViews in the past 12 months before the claim or
 : (ii) $100.

Liability will only be established following arbitration.

7. Content & Data Usage Restrictions

Users may not scrape, extract, or misuse FeeViews’ data.

Users must not misrepresent listings or engage in deceptive practices.

FeeViews reserves the right to remove content at its sole discretion.

8. Dispute Resolution

Arbitration is the sole method of dispute resolution.

All disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in North Carolina

Users waive the right to a court trial or class-action lawsuit.

9. Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy governs how we collect, use, and protect user data. By using the Website, you consent to our data practices. For more information, see our privacy policy.

10. Termination Rights & Content Removal

We reserve the right to modify, remove, or suspend any listing or user account for any reason.

Violations of these Terms may result in account termination without refund.

Users engaging in fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, or illegal conduct may be permanently banned.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of the Website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
