In 2024, the standard agent commission rate was removed from US home listings. FeeViews restores clarity by letting seller agents list buyer agent fees. FeeViews account holders can manage individual home rates or set a bulk rate across all listed properties.

How do I get started with listing properties from the MLS system?

First, create an account. Then claim your property and start managing your rates. You can also track views, likes and shares of your individual properties on the site.

What are the benefits of using this platform compared to listing directly on MLS?

MLS will not publish buyer agent fees, which means agents are responsible to communicate to each buyer and buyer agent what their commission offering is. FeeViews lets you publish the rate right next to your MLS listing, all in one convenient location

Is there a contract or long-term commitment required?

FeeViews offers a monthly rate and discounted annual rate for agents. For pricing information, check our plans page.

What happens if someone has already claimed the property I am selling?

Listings & MLS System

How often are MLS listings updated on this platform?

Our platform updates every 24 hours. If you spot an error on your listing that needs corrected, please contact your MLS provider.

Can I list properties manually, or is it strictly MLS-based?

Properties can be directly added from your account dashboard, directly bypassing the MLS system. Click “Add New” and fill in the relevant information.

How does the buyer agent fee get displayed on each listing?

You, the agent, can manually set it. You can change it as many times as you want.

Can I adjust the buyer agent fee for specific listings?

Absolutely, you can set a blanket fee for all your listings or you can manually adjust based on the local economics of individual neighborhoods.

How do I know which listings are getting the most attention?

The best way to monitor your listings is to choose the advanced analytics service plan. You can monitor views, likes, and shares there from your own dashboard.

What happens if a property is sold or removed from MLS?

The update will automatically push to FeeViews within 24 hours and the listing would be removed.

How do I ensure my listings stay competitive in the market?

We recommend browsing on Feeviews other properties in your neighborhood where you have listings. With our advanced analytics plan, you can also view average rates in your local area with high, low, median, average, and total listings indicators.

Subscription & Payments

How does the subscription pricing work?

Pricing is based on the number of agents in your group. You can choose between a monthly plan for greater flexibility or an annual plan, which saves money.

What’s the difference between the Basic, Extended, and Premium plans?

Basic plans are for agencies with 1-5 agents. Extended plans offer a discount for groups with 6-15 agents. Premium plans are for agencies with 16 agents or more and offer the steepest discount of all. For more on pricing, see our Plans page.

How is the pricing structured for individual agents vs. teams?

If every agent creates an individual account, they will pay full price. Not only are there savings with team setups, but the managing agent can review other agents’ rates. Team setups are especially useful with the advanced analytics add-on.

Can I switch between monthly and annual plans?

Of course. If you switch from monthly to annual, the annual charge will incur on the next billing date of your monthly plan. Switching from annual to monthly does the opposite. The monthly charges will restart on the date of your next annual charge.

Do I need to pay for each agent separately?

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards.

Are there any hidden fees I should know about?

No. The fee you see is what you pay.

If I cancel, will I still have access until the end of the billing cycle?

Once you cancel, FeeViews will cancel auto-recurring charges on your account.

Are there refunds?

Refunds are possible within the first 72 hours of purchase. After that, no further refunds will be issued. To cancel, navigate to your plans and click cancel subscription. Any possible refunds within the 24 hour window will be automatically applied.

Account & Team Management

How do I create an account?

Click sign in at the top right. You will be able to register an account there.

How does the account manager role work?

The account managers can add and remove individual agents. Without analytics addons, they can view rates set by each individual agent in their agency. With the analytics addon, they can view all property metrics in their group network.

Can I add or remove agents from my team at any time?

Yes, this can be managed from your account on the “Agents List” option.

What happens if an agent leaves my firm—can I transfer their account?

Can multiple people manage the same account?

Per the contractual agreement with the seller, the MLS listing agent should represent the same house on FeeViews.

How do I update my payment information?

To change payment method without adjusting subscription, contact support@simpletense.com. To change for future charges, navigate to your plans page. Choose your new subscription. You can change the payment method when you check out.
